Healthcare HR & Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Healthcare HR & Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities for a growing healthcare technology company.
The role will involve hiring and managing talent across Radiology, Healthcare Operations, Technology and Corporate functions, with a strong focus on hiring Radiologists and Radiographers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and independently handling recruitment from sourcing to joining, along with regular HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Healthcare & Clinical Recruitment
- Source and recruit Radiologists for teleradiology operations.
- Recruit Radiographers / Radiology Technicians.
- Build and maintain an active database of radiologists and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with radiologists regarding availability, shifts, remuneration and onboarding.
- Verify professional credentials, qualifications and relevant documents.
- Coordinate interviews, discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline for urgent and future clinical requirements.
2. Technology & Other Recruitment
Manage recruitment for:
- Software Support Engineers
- Technical Support / Implementation Engineers
- Software Developers, when required
- Sales & Business Development
- Operations and Customer Support
- Administration and other corporate positions
Responsibilities include job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer release and joining follow-up.

HR Operations
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll coordination
- Employee confirmation and appraisal processes
- Employee grievance and query handling
- Exit formalities and full & final coordination
- HR policy implementation
- Employee engagement activities
- Preparation of monthly HR MIS
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain complete and updated employee documentation.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure required documentation for clinical professionals is properly maintained.
- Coordinate with external consultants/payroll vendors wherever required.
5. HR Reporting
Prepare regular reports covering:
- Open positions
- Recruitment pipeline
- Interviews conducted
- Offers released
- Joining status
- Recruitment TAT
- Employee attrition
- Attendance
- Leave
- HR expenses
- Other HR metrics
Key RequirementsMandatory
- 3–6 years of HR experience.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring doctors, radiologists, radiographers, technicians or other healthcare professionals.
- Good understanding of general HR operations.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, teleradiology company, HealthTech or MedTech company.
- Experience hiring software/technical support personnel.
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare professional credential verification.

At the same time, the person should be able to manage routine HR activities without requiring day-to-day supervision.

Reporting

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
