VMC Setter – CNC/VMC

Location: Rakanpur, Santej, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Set and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Handle tool setting, tool offsets, work offsets, and fixture setting.
- Load programs and make basic CNC program corrections.
- Read engineering drawings and check component dimensions.
- Perform first-piece inspection and monitor tool wear & offsets.
- Use Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Maintain production targets, quality, and machine-shop discipline.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on VMC setting experience.
- Good knowledge of VMC operations, cutting tools, speeds & feeds.
- Experience with Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Siemens controls preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T.;
- Positive knowledge of measuring instruments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
