Job Summary

Lord Krishna Builders is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer / Project Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at our Thrissur project site.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, planning, quality control, quantity verification, contractor coordination, material management and daily project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Execute works as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor RCC, steel, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting and finishing works.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans and monitor project progress.
- Check quantities, measurements and BOQ requirements.
- Monitor manpower and contractor productivity.
- Coordinate material requirements with Purchase and Stores.
- Check material quantity and quality received at site.
- Control material wastage and monitor consumption.
- Verify contractor measurements and support bill checking.
- Maintain quality and safety standards at site.
- Identify delays and site issues and report them to Management.
- Prepare Daily Site Reports with progress, manpower, materials and photographs.
- Maintain Excel-based project reports and documentation.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification and handover activities.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E.



in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 10-15 years of experience in building construction.
- Residential / villa construction experience preferred.
- At least 2 High Rise Apartments end to end constructional experience
- Valuable knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ verification.
- Experience in contractor coordination and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
- Strong ownership and willingness to work at site.
- ERP / Odoo / Zoho experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in high rise Apartments & villa construction, site execution, quantity checking, contractor management and project coordination will be preferred.
