- Onboard new vehicle owners and transporters.

2. Load Planning & Vehicle Utilization

- Allocate loads efficiently to minimize empty runs.
- Maximize vehicle utilization and trip frequency.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure continuous load availability.

3. Transporter Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters and fleet owners.
- Address operational concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement transporter retention and loyalty initiatives.

4. Driver Management

- Coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to company policies.
- Promote road safety and regulatory compliance.

5. Business Development

- Identify recent transporters and logistics partners.
- Develop direct business from manufacturers, industries, and warehouses.
- Expand operations across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

6. Operational Performance

- Monitor vehicle movement through GPS or transport management systems.
- Ensure on-time delivery and maintain service quality.




- Track key operational metrics and improve efficiency.

7. Cost Control

- Optimize route planning to reduce fuel and operational costs.
- Monitor freight costs and negotiate competitive transporter rates.
- Improve overall profitability through efficient operations.

8. Customer Service

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment status.
- Resolve delivery-related issues quickly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

9. Product Promoti.

- Support sales campaigns and encourage repeat purchases.

10. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Track fleet utilization, load performance, revenue, and costs.
- Present performance reports and improvement plans to management
- Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and up to date.

Pay: ₹14,123.07 - ₹58,520.28 per month
