We are hiring experienced Network Support Engineers to join a leading organization in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for networking professionals with hands-on experience in network support and a valid CCNA certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure network availability.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and related network issues.
- Handle and resolve network incidents and service requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Perform basic network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.




- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and network activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Support.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.
- Willingness to work from Pallavaram, Chennai.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer.
- Both-way cab facility available.
