About the Role

Asia Institute of Hair Transplant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, along with the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Manage vendor payments and track company expenses.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and basic tax workings.
- Monitor payroll processing, incentives, and commission calculations.
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in accounting software.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Recording and verifying financial transactions.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing monthly financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
- Reconciling bank statements and cash records.




- Supporting management with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and taxation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
