Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for NBFC & BFSI positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain proper candidate records and recruitment MIS.
