Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment & onboarding Employee relations and HR operations Payroll coordination & attendance Performance management HR policies & statutory compliance Team handling and employee engagement HRMIS & reporting
Requirements: Graduate/MBA in HR or related field 4–6 years of HR experience Robust communication, leadership, and HR compliance knowledge Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
