We are looking for ahands-on Assistant Accounts Executivewho can independently manage day-to-day accounting, banking, GST, cash handling, and domestic as well as international financial transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting entries and records inTallyHandle purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entriesMaintain customer and vendor ledgers and regularly reconcile outstanding balancesMaintain and reconcilebank accountsMaintain theDaily Cash Bookaccurately, recording all cash receipts and paymentsMaintaindaily cash balance and petty cash recordsConduct regular cash reconciliation and ensure physical cash matches the book balanceTake responsibility for the company'sdaily cash handling and cash custodyLiaise with banks for day-to-day banking requirements, documentation and account-related mattersProcess and coordinatedomestic and international paymentsHandle documentation required forforeign remittances and international bank transfersMaintain records related toforeign-currency transactions and paymentsHandleimport and export billing, accounting and payment documentationCoordinate with banks, vendors, customers, freight forwarders, consultants and other parties for import/export transactionsHandleGST-related accounting work, reconciliations and coordination with external consultantsVerify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills and supporting documentsPrepareMIS reports, payment statements, outstanding reports and account summaries using MS ExcelAssist management with cash-flow information and payment planningCoordinate with auditors,
