Preferred: Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine (basic), Figma.—2–5 years of professional motion graphics and animation experience—A portfolio that demonstrates strong 2D and 3D animation workQuality over quantity — we'll know in the first 60 seconds.—Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflowsThis is mandatory, not preferred.—Experience in advertising, digital marketing, creative studios, or mediaAgency background is a solid advantage.—A degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine ArtsRelevant certifications are a bonus.
