Job Description –Position:Hardware Design EngineerExperience:5+ YearsLocation:HyderabadEmployment Type:Full-TimeNotice Period : Immediate to 30DaysKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and developSoC/Microprocessor-based hardware platforms .Performcomponent selectionbased on system requirements, performance, power and cost.Designschematics and electronic circuitsfor complex hardware systems.Work onDDR3/DDR4/DDR5 and LPDDR interfaces, including memory selection and interfacing.Define and reviewDDR/LPDDR routing, topology, impedance, length matching and layout constraints .Design and reviewpower supply circuits, including LDO, Buck/Boost and PMIC-based solutions.Interface high-speed peripherals such asPCIe, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, SD/eMMC, SPI, I2C and UART .Work closely with PCB layout engineers onhigh-speed routing and signal-integrity requirements .Performhardware bring-up, board debugging and validation .Analyze and resolve issues related toDDR initialization, signal integrity, power integrity, clocking and high-speed interfaces .SupportSI/PI analysis,



eye-diagram analysis and pre/post-layout reviews .Review schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and hardware design documentation.Work with SoC vendors and cross-functional teams includingBSP, firmware, PCB and mechanicalRequired Technical SkillsStrong experience inHardware Design and Circuit Design .Hands-on experience withSoC / Microprocessor-based board design .Strong understanding ofDDR/LPDDR architecture and memory interfaces .Experience withDDR3/DDR4/DDR5 and/or LPDDR4/LPDDR5 .Good knowledge ofschematic design, component selection and hardware architecture .Understanding ofhigh-speed PCB design principles .Knowledge ofSI/PI, impedance control, signal integrity, timing, skew and length matching .Experience withEthernet, PCIe, USB, MIPI, eMMC/SD and other high-speed interfaces .Valuable understanding ofpower supply design and power sequencing .Experience inboard bring-up, debugging and hardware validation .
