The candidate will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Work as anSAP Functional Consultantspecializing in Specification Management and Recipe Development.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications.Configure, customize, and optimize SAP modules to meet business requirements.Supportrecipe creation, maintenance, and optimizationwithin SAP systems.Manage and maintainspecification data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams,



and project managers.Participate insystem testing, UAT, and deployment activities .Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support.Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.Ensure adherence toquality standards and regulatory guidelines .Required Skills:Proven experience as anSAP Functional Consultant .Hands-on expertise inSpecification Management and Recipe Development .Strong knowledge of SAP modules such asSAP PLM, SAP PP-PI, SAP QM, or related areas.Good understanding ofmanufacturing/production business processes .Experience inrequirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.SAP certification (preferred).Experience working onend-to-end SAP implementation projects .
