The role will manage a team of 14 analysts, provide technical leadership, handle major incidents, drive SLA compliance, and act as the primary customer escalation point.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service DeliveryLead and manage 24x7 NOC and SOC operations.Ensure continuous monitoring, alert triage, and incident management.Manage shift coverage, resource planning, and operational governance.Drive SLA, KPI, and service quality compliance.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews.Incident & Security ManagementLead Major Incident (P1/P2)
