Concept Artist – Character, Background & PropsCompany:The Lead VisionLocation:NoidaEmployment Type:Full-TimeExperience:2–5 YearsIndustry:3D Animation | Kids Content | Nursery RhymesHiring Contact:About the Role The Lead Vision is looking for a creative and skilledConcept Artistto designCharacters, Backgrounds/Environments, and Propsfor our 3D animated kids' content.We are specifically looking for artists who can createcolourful, cute, appealing, and highly engaging visual concepts for English Nursery Rhymes, Kids Songs, Preschool Content, and animated stories .The artist will be responsible for establishing the visual direction of characters and environments before they move into the3D Modeling, Texturing, and Production pipeline .Key ResponsibilitiesCreate originalCharacter Concepts, Background/Environment Concepts, and Prop Designs .Designcute, colourful, and kid-friendly characterssuitable for preschool audiences.Create attractive environments such asfarms, playgrounds, houses, classrooms, fantasy worlds, gardens, streets, and other kids-rhyme locations .Develop charactercostumes, hairstyles, expressions, accessories, and colour variations .Createfront, side, back, and 3/4 character viewswhen required for 3D modeling.Define the project'svisual style, mood, colour palette, shapes, and overall look .Create mood boards, colour studies, and visual references.Design production-friendly concepts that can be accurately converted into3D models and environments .Work closely with3D Modeling, Texturing, Storyboard,



and Production teams .Follow art direction and make revisions based on creative feedback.Maintain visual consistency across multiple characters, backgrounds, and episodes.Required Candidate Profile2–5 years of experienceas a Concept Artist / Character Designer / Environment Concept Artist.Strong drawing, sketching, composition, and digital painting skills.Strong understanding ofcharacter design, environment design, props, shapes, colour theory, lighting, and visual storytelling .Ability to createbright, colourful, cute, and visually appealing designs for kids .Previous experience inKids Animation, Nursery Rhymes, Preschool Content, or similar colourful animation projects is strongly preferred .Good understanding of designing concepts specifically for a3D animation production pipeline .Ability to understand references and develop original designs according to the required art direction.Preferred Software / Key SkillsAdobe Photoshop | Procreate | Krita | Character Concept Design | Background Concept Design | Environment Design | Prop Design | Digital Painting | Colour Theory | Character Turnaround | Kids Content | Nursery Rhymes | 3D AnimationPortfolio RequirementPortfolio is mandatory.Candidates should share samples demonstrating Character Concepts, Background/Setting Designs, Props, Colour Studies, and finished digital artwork .Preference will be given to candidates with portfolios showing colourful Kids Animation, English Nursery Rhymes, Preschool Content, cute characters, and visually rich environments.
