(Sr. Manager / AGM - QA) for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)Location:- JammuExp:- 15-20 yrsQualification:- B.Pharma/MSc ChemistryCTC: 15-18 LPAThis role involves driving a robust culture of quality, managing a team of QA professionals, and bridging quality compliance with cross-functional operations to ensure seamless product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Handling and Leadership:o Manage, mentor, and develop a large team across sub-departments, includingIPQA, Documentation, Validation, and Corporate QA.O Establish explicit performance targets, identify training gaps, and build robustsuccession plans for critical QA roles.O Cultivate an active culture of quality compliance and data integrity (ALCOA+)across the entire plant floor.Inter-Departmental Coordination:o Production & Operations: Collaborate directly with manufacturing teams to resolvefloor issues, investigate deviations in real-time, and optimize OSD lines withoutcompromising compliance.O Supply Chain & Regulatory Affairs: Coordinate on vendor qualifications, rawmaterial status,



and technical dossiers required for global regulatory submissions.O Engineering & Maintenance: Work together on equipment qualification(DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), facility modifications, and preventive maintenance shutdowns.Quality Management Systems (QMS): Maintain site systems matching global rules.Batch Disposition & Audits: Make the final call to release or reject batches andlead the site during regulatory inspections.Requirements and SkillsExperience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or HOD capacity.Qualification :B.Pharma/MSc ChemistryOSD Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of tablets, capsules, and powdermanufacturing processes.People Management: Proven ability to manage conflict, build cohesive teams, andlead technical professionals.Communication: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to influenceother department heads and manage external regulatory auditors.
