As a subsidiary of a US-based enterprise, this role involves close collaboration with our US administration team. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations:Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, general ledger, accounts payable, and vendor payments.Taxation & Compliance:Handle GST calculations, return filings, and documentation. Oversee TDS calculations, deductions, quarterly return filings, and Form 16A generation.Payroll & Statutory Execution:Process monthly payroll, manage disbursements, and execute statutory compliance requirements (EPF, ESIC, LWF, and Income Tax).Audit & Regulation:Support internal/external audit processes.Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with banks, tax authorities and vendors to resolve queries effectively.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,
