The Content Creator shall be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and managing engaging content across the organization’s digital and promotional platforms. The key duties and responsibilities shall include:

- Plan and create relevant, informative, and engaging content aligned with the organization’s objectives and target audience.
- Develop content ideas for courses, programs, student activities, events, achievements, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assigned content.
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Develop captions, posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, educational videos, interviews, testimonials, and event coverage.
- Conduct basic photography and videography for institutional activities when required.
- Ensure that visual and video content meets the organization's quality and branding standards.
- Develop content related to courses, admissions, career opportunities, student success stories, placement activities, events, and institutional achievements.
- Convert complex educational information into straightforward, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
- Prepare content for admission campaigns and other promotional initiatives.
- Research relevant topics, industry trends, educational developments, and audience interests.
- Monitor social media trends and identify suitable content formats, topics, and opportunities.
- Ensure content remains relevant, accurate, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Monitor the performance of published content using available analytics and reporting tools.
- Track engagement, reach, views, shares, enquiries, and other relevant content metrics.




- Identify successful content formats and suggest improvements to increase audience engagement and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales/Admission, Academic, Placement, and other departments to collect relevant information and content requirements.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members where applicable.
- Participate in institutional events and activities for content collection and coverage.
- Ensure all content follows the organization's branding, communication, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, visual presentation, and brand identity across platforms.
- Proofread and verify content before publication to minimize errors and ensure accuracy.
- Support the organization in promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities.
- Assist in developing scripts, presentations, brochures, website content, email content, and other communication materials as required.
- Perform any other content-related duties assigned by the reporting manager or management from time to time.

Qualification:

- Qualified professionals with minimum 1 year experience in the field.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or Content Creation may also be considered.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong content portfolio may be considered even if their educational background is in another discipline.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Ability to create reels, short-form videos, captions, scripts, posts, and promotional content.
