We are looking for a Programme Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of online education programmes and ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage curriculum and end-to-end programme delivery

• Coordinate enrolments and admissions

• Manage and coordinate learning facilitators

• Oversee learner support, queries and ticket resolution

• Track learner performance and prepare reports

• Drive learner engagement and programme completion

• Work closely with faculty and internal stakeholders

• Handle cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in programme management, online education,



EdTech or a related field

• Strong coordination, organisation and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with online learning platforms is preferred

• Data-driven approach with good reporting and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

• Experience working with faculty, facilitators or SMEs will be an advantage

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who takes ownership, is comfortable managing both operations and people, and is passionate about improving learner outcomes and programme quality.
