About the Role:

NWTL is an early-stage startup planning global and domestic expansion. We are looking for an agile Accountant who wants to go beyond traditional bookkeeping. In this role, you won't just manage day-to-day accounts—you will actively help us navigate the compliance and registration requirements needed for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expansion & Registrations: Lead the statutory compliance and regulatory registrations required for our upcoming domestic and international expansions.
2. International & Domestic Accounting: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally ERP9, manage multi-currency transactions, AP/AR, and seamless vendor/buyer reconciliations.
3. Taxation & Statutory Returns: Independently manage GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), TDS, Income Tax, and ESI/PF calculations and filings.
4. Audits & Reporting: Manage Excise, Sales Tax,



and Income Tax audits while generating clear MIS reports for the founding team.
5. Admin & Advisory: Act as an internal consultant, corresponding with global suppliers and streamlining finance operations.

What You Bring:

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or CA Intermediate qualified.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting, audits, and statutory business registrations.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Tally ERP9, advanced MS Excel, Indian taxation, and international accounting practices.

Must needed: A quick-paced, startup mentality with the ability to wear multiple hats—from daily data entry to strategic compliance planning.
