Job Role

To provide hands-on training and facilitation support to the Programme Lead and visiting faculty, while helping women participants practise and apply entrepreneurship, digital and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Training Delivery Support - Assist trainers during practical sessions, group activities, demonstrations .

· Learner Practice & Reinforcement - Support recap, guided practice and reinforcement in entrepreneurship, employability, digital literacy, basic AI and social media.

· Training Content Support - Assist in preparing PPTs, handouts, activity sheets and digital learning content.

· Session & Learner Documentation - Maintain session-wise support records, learner activity/progress records and brief session reports.

Who Should Apply

Eligibility:



Graduation completed in any discipline. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply. Homemakers and women restarting their careers are encouraged to apply and will be considered on merit.

Skills: Positive communicative English; basic computer and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with social media and basic AI tools; confidence in interacting with adult learners. Hindi/Marathi communication will be useful.
