The GCC has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Customer Care Representative who can deliver consistent, high-quality support as the desk scales. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle inbound queries with accuracy and care, following the standards a Fortune 200 brand expects.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

- Handle inbound queries across phone, email, and chat with accuracy and empathy
- Resolve routine issues at first contact and escalate complex ones with full context
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines precisely where required

Records & Quality

- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM or care platform
- Meet quality and adherence targets set by the care team lead




- Flag recurring issues so they get fixed upstream, not repeatedly patched

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 4 years in a customer care, support, or service role
- Patient, clear communicator who stays calm under repetitive or difficult queries
- Comfortable following defined processes precisely, especially where compliance matters
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive support environment
- Familiarity with a CRM or ticketing platform
