Job purpose

The Accounts & Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate day-to-day accounts and producing reliable financial information for management across the Satwik Group.

This is not a data-entry accountant position.

The person must understand:

Where did the money come from, where did it go, what do we own, what do we owe, and why does the P&L; look the way it does

2. Monthly closing

Prepare:

* Trial balance

* P&L;

for the relevant entities.

The Accounts Manager is responsible for operational GST reconciliation and documentation.

The CA remains responsible for statutory filing/advisory.

The Accounts Manager must ensure:

For manufacturing entities:

The Accounts Manager should work with factory personnel to ensure production records reach accounts.

Maintain:

Every balance must have a counterparty and explanation.

Robust Excel skills are mandatory.

Candidate should be comfortable with:
