Role Description The IIT Course Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, offering compensation up to 6.5 LPA. The IIT Course Advisor will guide students and parents in selecting appropriate IIT preparation courses, providing accurate information on course structures, fees, schedules, and outcomes. This role involves conducting counseling sessions, handling inquiries via calls and in-person meetings, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate admissions, follow up with prospective learners,



and meet enrollment and conversion targets. Daily responsibilities also include sharing updates on new programs, gathering feedback, and ensuring a high-quality advisory experience for every learner.
Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to counsel students and parents effectively.
- Ability to understand and explain IIT preparation courses, academic pathways, and exam requirements.
- Competence in managing inquiries, maintaining records, and following up with prospective learners.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with basic sales or advisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills for using CRM tools, email, and office applications.
- Prior experience in education counseling, test prep advisory, or academic coordination is beneficial.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; education-related qualifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with a learner-focused, ethical, and professional approach.
