Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Imphal. This role involves conducting market research to understand local and regional opportunities, competitors, and customer needs in the elevators and escalators sector. The Marketing Specialist will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinate promotional campaigns, and assist in sales activities by preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with clients,



collaborating with the sales and technical teams, and tracking campaign performance to optimize future initiatives. The role also includes attending site visits, industry events, and client meetings to represent JCNT Elevators and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and develop targeted campaigns.
- Background in Sales and Marketing to support lead generation, conversion activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Ability to work in office in Imphal and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technical, engineering-focused environment.
- Proficiency with basic office and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering services marketing is beneficial but not required.
