We are looking for 4-5 Sales Closers / Cold Calling Experts who can generate leads, identify potential clients, and convert them into customers through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn/WhatsApp DMs, or other outbound sales methods.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.

If you are confident in sales, enjoy talking to prospects, and can independently generate and close sales, this opportunity gives you the freedom to work as a freelancer and earn based on your performance.

We help Recruitment Agencies and Recruitment Business Owners start, grow, and improve their recruitment business through practical strategies, resources, and tools.

Our initial product is priced at ₹2,000.

You will be responsible for finding potential customers and converting them into paying clients.

About This Role

We are hiring 4-5 Sales Closer / Cold Calling Expert who can take complete ownership of the sales process.

You will:

- Identify potential Recruitment Agency owners, Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Professionals prospects

- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, DMs, and other channels

- Initiate conversations with potential clients

- Understand their business requirements and problems

- Explain the product and its benefits

- Handle basic sales objections

- Follow up with interested prospects

- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers

- Maintain your own lead and follow-up pipeline

- Take ownership of your sales numbers and conversions

You are not required to wait for leads from us.

You will have the freedom to generate your own leads and use your preferred outbound sales methods.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role.

There is:

- No fixed monthly salary

- No fixed working hours

- No salary guarantee

- 30% commission on every successful sale

- ₹600 commission on every ₹2,000 sale





- Commission transferred within 7 working days of the successful sale

- Additional incentives may be available based on performance

Example of Your Earning Potential

If you close:

1 sale/day

₹2,000 × 30% = ₹600 commission/day

If you work for 20 days:

₹600 × 20 = ₹12,000/month

If you close:

5 sales/day

₹600 × 5 = ₹3,000/day

For 20 working days:

₹3,000 × 20 = ₹60,000/month

Your actual earnings will depend entirely on your lead generation, sales activity, and conversions.

There is no upper limit on the number of sales you can generate.
