Play Zone Area Manager (Play Area Manager / FEC Manager)
to lead the daily operations of our play zone at our Vasant Kunj venue, ensuring a protected, fun, and seamless experience for every guest.
What You'll Do:-
Oversee daily operations of the play zone, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of equipment Manage and train a team of play zone attendants/staff Coordinate and execute party/event bookings within the play zone Handle guest interactions, bookings, and resolve on-ground issues promptly Manage cash handling, POS records, and prepare regular revenue/performance reports Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standards Collaborate with other departments (events, F&B;, marketing) for smooth guest experience




What We're Looking For :-
2-4 years of experience in play area/FEC operations, hospitality, or entertainment venue management Prior experience as a Play Area Manager, Play Zone Supervisor, or similar role preferred Solid leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and guest-handling skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace Comfortable working weekends/holidays as per business needs
