BLS

Clinical Head / Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Conduct patient
nursing assessments
and prepare individualized care plans. Administer
medications, injections, IV therapy
and manage wound care. Handle
catheterization, feeding tubes, tracheostomy and oxygen therapy . Monitor vital signs and identify early clinical deterioration. Provide
home healthcare and geriatric nursing care . Manage chronic diseases and support
dementia/Alzheimer’s care . Identify and prevent
fall risks
among elderly patients. Supervise, train and guide
caregivers/attendants .



Counsel patients and families on treatment and home-care procedures. Maintain
EMR, nursing records, clinical reports and progress notes . Ensure compliance with
SOPs, infection control and statutory requirements . Handle emergencies, perform
BLS , and coordinate hospital transfers. Participate in
clinical audits and quality improvement
initiatives.
