Experience: 3–6 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting operations in the mobile wholesale/trading industry. The candidate will be responsible for purchase and sales accounting, stock management, GST/TDS compliance, e-invoicing, E-way bills, MIS reporting, party ledgers and banking transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices and ensure accurate accounting entries. Maintain and monitor stock/inventory records and reconcile stock with accounts. Prepare and maintain sales bills and Excel-based sales records. Handle GST, GST E-Invoice and E-Way Bill related activities. Knowledge of TDS and GST compliance and related accounting entries. Maintain party ledgers, accounts receivable and payable records. Handle Bank Receipts & Payment Entries and perform Bank Reconciliation.



Prepare regular MIS reports related to sales, purchases, stock, receivables and payables. Maintain accounting data and reports using Advanced Excel / VLOOKUP. Coordinate with internal teams, customers and suppliers for accounting-related queries. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Purchase & Sales Accounting Stock Management GST & TDS GST E-Invoice & E-Way Bill Party Ledger Management Bank Reconciliation / Bank Entries MIS Reporting Robust MS Excel / VLOOKUP skills Good knowledge of accounting software such as Tally/ERP Good communication and analytical skills Preferred Candidate Candidate should preferably have experience in mobile phone wholesale, electronics trading, distribution, FMCG or similar trading businesses, with hands-on experience in high-volume purchase, sales and stock transactions.
