We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer orders and coordinate shipments. The candidate will work closely with customers, the planning team, and the commercial team to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders and send order acknowledgments.
- Coordinate inter-company and drop shipments.
- Communicate with customers through email and phone.
- Share shipment tracking details with customers.




- Prepare delivery schedules with the planning team.
- Update customer orders in the QAD system.
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate urgent issues when required.
- Keep customers informed about shipment status and delivery timelines. Requirements:/
- Experience working with overseas/international customers.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production planning.
- Experience using QAD ERP.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
