JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT :
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting systems, tax compliance, and payroll processing for U.S.-based entities. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations Handle month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with
US GAAP Process payroll and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations using tools like
ADP Manage tax-related activities including preparation/support for filings with the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Prepare and file forms such as W-2, 1099, and assist with 941/940 filings Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure audit readiness Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Generate MIS reports and provide insights to management Must know Tally Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 1-2 years Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA Inter preferred) Strong understanding of
US GAAP
and U.S. accounting practices Hands-on experience with accounting software such as
Quick Books Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
