Zarvonis Ventures (Zee Labs) We’re looking for a Performance Marketer
who can run and optimize paid campaigns to drive
app installs, user acquisition and growth .
Responsibilities Run and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads for mobile apps Drive app installs and new users through paid campaigns Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and campaign performance Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaigns Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs Work closely with the creative team to improve ad creatives and performance Track campaign data and share regular performance reports
Requirements 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / App Marketing / User Acquisition Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience running campaigns focused on app installs/user acquisition Good understanding of CPI, CAC, ROAS and campaign optimization Comfortable working with budgets and performance numbers Experience with Android apps is a plus Immediate joiners preferred
