About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
who can manage both
video content and graphic design requirements
for our digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling, along with hands-on experience in
Canva and video editing tools .
Key Responsibilities Edit
short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, educational videos, and social media content . Create engaging
social media creatives, posts, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and promotional graphics . Design and edit content using
Canva
and other relevant graphic/video editing tools. Crop, resize, retouch, and optimize images for different platforms and content formats. Create visually appealing
Instagram Reels, You Tube thumbnails, posts, stories,



and other digital creatives . Add text, transitions, animations, music, subtitles, effects, and other elements to videos. Maintain consistency in
brand guidelines, fonts, layouts, colours, and visual style . Work with the marketing/content team to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.
Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in
Video Editing and Graphic Designing . Solid hands-on knowledge of
Canva . Experience with video editing tools such as
Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, or similar software . Good knowledge of
image cropping, resizing, background removal, basic retouching, and image optimization . Understanding of social media formats and creative requirements. Good understanding of
typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy . Ability to create engaging and professional visual content. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience working with an
EdTech, education, digital marketing, or social media company
will be preferred. Basic knowledge of
motion graphics and animation
will be an added advantage. Experience creating
AI-generated videos, images, or social media content
will be a plus.
