We are looking for an experienced
Informatica Cloud Administrator
with strong hands-on expertise in
IDMC/IICS administration, Secure Agent management, connectivity, security, and production support .
Key Responsibilities Administer
IDMC/IICS
users, roles, services, runtime environments, and connections. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot
Informatica Secure Agents
and agent groups. Monitor integrations, taskflows, schedules, failures, logs, and platform performance. Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, agent, and performance issues. Support
environment migration, deployment, and release activities . Manage access governance, credentials, audit requirements, and operational standards. Handle
L3 incidents, problem management, change management, and RCA . Maintain runbooks, configuration documentation, recovery procedures, and SLA reports.
