We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. In this full-time office-based role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a vibrant shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage Customers: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and services offered, allowing you to answer customer inquiries effectively and recommend suitable items.
- Sales Transactions: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels by monitoring inventory and promptly reporting any shortages to the management team.
- Sales Goals: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by understanding customer needs and tailoring your sales approach accordingly.
- Feedback Collection:



Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and contribute ideas for enhancing the shopping experience.

Required Skills And Expectations

Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, showcasing solid interpersonal and communication skills. A customer-oriented mindset is essential to build rapport and foster relationships with shoppers. You should be comfortable with basic math to handle transactions and possess good organizational skills to manage inventory effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team are also key expectations for this role. Familiarity with retail software systems will be an added advantage.
