We are looking for a hands-on Integration Technical Leader who thrives on building robust, scalable systems from the ground up rather than relying solely on drag-and-drop low-code configurations. In this role, you will design, architect, and code high-volume B2B, API, and App-to-App integrations using modern programming languages.

What You Will Do

- Design & Build Custom Integrations: Architect and develop robust B2B (EDI, AS2, X12, EDIFACT) and App-to-App integration pipelines using programming languages like Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- API Development: Build and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs, JSON/XML processors, and event-driven data streaming mechanisms.
- Database Engineering: Design optimal database tables, schemas, and relationships. Proactively monitor, tune, and optimize queries to handle high-throughput integration payloads efficiently.
- Code Over Configuration:



Write production-grade code rather than depending on low-code/no-code platforms or visual mappers for core logic.
- Reliability & Scalability: Implement reliable error handling, retry policies, logging, and security best practices across all integration touchpoints.

What We Are Looking For

- Technical Expertise: Experience with heavy emphasis on backend development and integrations.
- Languages: Robust proficiency in Java, Python, or TypeScript / Node.js.
- Integration Experience: Deep knowledge of B2B protocols (EDI, AS2, API integrations) and designing custom middleware or integration services.
- Database Mastery: Solid relational database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) including complex table design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Architecture Mindset: Experience with microservices, asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), and secure payload handling.
- Hands-on Philosophy: Proven track record of building custom solutions using code, with a clear understanding of when to code versus when to leverage libraries.
