Spring Brand Solutions values creativity, collaboration, and client-centric thinking in all projects. We're looking for a Business Development Intern who can spot opportunities, build relationships and help us take our work to the right brands and people.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and ready to get their hands dirty in the world of current business and strategy. If you enjoy connecting dots, spotting opportunities, and building conversations that convert- you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Assisting the management team on new business pitches, strategy, and presentations

* Supporting outreach to generate new business enquiries via LinkedIn,



Instagram, and other platforms

* Researching brands, industries, and key decision-makers to open the right doors

What we're looking for:

* Strong research skills- you know how to find the right people, not just more people

* Great communication and presentation skills

* A proactive mindset- you don't wait to be told, you figure things out

Bonus if you:

* Are naturally curious about brands, marketing, and what makes people say yes

* Understand social media beyond just scrolling

STIPEND:

7-8k a month, depending on candidates capabilities + an attractive monthly performance based bonus.

We work from Mon-Friday while Thursday is WFH.
