Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Intern based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms, assist in managing posts, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness. Daily tasks include monitoring social media activity, gathering insights on audience engagement, and helping optimize content based on performance. The intern may also collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, basic graphic or video content support, and reporting on social media metrics.



This is an unpaid internship aimed at providing hands-on experience in social media and educational technology.
Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging social media content and captions, with strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter) and basic understanding of trends and best practices.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, follow content calendars, and work on multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including reach, engagement, and analytics, is beneficial.
- Comfort using straightforward design or video tools (e.g., Canva or similar) to support visual content creation is an advantage.
- Interest in education technology and improving learning outcomes, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
