IT For Less is hiring a Senior Front-End Developer to lead front-end development across web applications, WordPress, and digital experience projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a feature from design review through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support while maintaining strong standards for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and code quality.

What You'll Do

- Build responsive, production-ready interfaces from Figma or Adobe XD designs.
- Develop reusable front-end components, templates, and design patterns.
- Work with modern JavaScript frameworks and connect interfaces to REST APIs.
- Build and maintain WordPress and Avada-based experiences, with Squarespace support when required.
- Troubleshoot browser, responsive, performance, and accessibility issues.
- Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals, usability, and cross-device performance.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test ideas quickly.
- Review code, maintain development standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project teams to improve user flows and implementation quality.




- Support front-end testing, deployment, technical documentation, and post-launch fixes.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of front-end development experience.
- Robust HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript ES6+, and responsive development skills.
- Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or a similar modern front-end framework.
- Strong WordPress front-end development experience.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, forms, and third-party services.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, Core Web Vitals, browser debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and reusable component architecture.
- Ability to translate designs into polished, responsive interfaces.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with Avada, Elementor

Nice to Have

Experience with GA4/GTM, technical SEO, CRM/form integrations, headless CMS, AI-assisted development tools, or conversational/AI-enabled interfaces is a plus.
