This position is for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in investment banking. The role involves supporting senior team members in various financial transactions and providing analytical support to clients.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations for clients.
- Conduct industry and market research to support transaction activity.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and pitches.
- Support senior team members in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial transactions.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients.





Skills and Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Degree MBA,M.COM,MA,B.COM,BBA, BA and if any banking experience
- Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting under tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment banking concepts is an advantage.
