Position: Senior Electrical Engineer

Mandatory Experience: 10+ Years – 15 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr.Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) specifically focused on ultrasonic washing machines. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Electrical Engineering, particularly in the realm of SPM and ultrasonic cleaning technology, and demonstrate proficiency in designing Control Panels & PLC Based Operations.

MUST HAVE MANDATORY QUALIFICATOINS AS UNDER:

MUST HAVE WORKED WITH SPM MANUFACTURING – 5 YEARS MINIMUM

MUST KNOW SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL WIRING OF LT, PCC PANELS – AUTO CAD / EPLAN

MUST HAVE INDEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF PLC BASED OPERATIONS / PROGRAMMING

MUST HAVE INDEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF LT PANEL INSTALLATIONS – 5 YEARS MINIMUM

MUST HAVE HANDELED ATLEAST 10 PEOPLE TEAM – 3 YEARS MINIMUM

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE OF PUMPS , BLOWERS, HEATERS, PNEUMATICS

MUST KNOW CABLE TRAY ROUTING FOR SPM MACHINES

MUST KNOW SELECTION OF RELAYS, MPCB, MCB, LEVEL SENSORS, PROXIMITY SENSORS, GEAR MOTORS, SERVO MOTOR, VACUUM PUMPS

EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCE:

B.TECH / M.TECH – ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS & COMUNICATION

CERTIFIED COURSE – AUTOCAD / EPLAN

CERTIFIED COURSE – PLC PROGRAMMING

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop Electrical components and systems.

Create detailed design documentation, including wiring drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Utilize CAD software to model and simulate electrical control panels designs.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate design concepts and identify potential issues.

Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability,



and cost-effectiveness.

Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure designs meet quality standards and production requirements.

Generate and maintain production documents, such as bill of materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide technical support and guidance during the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical design and development.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product design, efficiency, and quality

TECHNICAL KNOW HOW REQUIRED

PLC PROGRAMMING

Must have relevant experience in PLC Programming / SCADA

Hands on experience with PLC Brands like - Mitsubishi, Omron, Allan Bradley

CONTROL PANEL DESIGNING (CADD)

Must have exceptional knowledge of Electrical Panel Design on Autocad / EPLAN

Must have relevant experience in Panel Wiring

SOFTWARE KNOWHOW

ERP – Know how would be preferred

Excellent Hands on – Autocad / Eplan Software

Solidworks – would be considered as an added advantage

Excellent with MS Offer – Word / Excel / Powerpoint

TECHNCIAL KNOWHOW

Must have knowledge of Sheet Metal Components

Must have knowledge of Pneumatics

Must have knowledge of Induction Motor





Must have knowledge of Cantilever / Overhead Gantry / Transportation / Pick & Place system

Must have knowledge of Industrial Filter Units

Must have knowledge of Oil Skimmer / Water Level Sensors

Must have knowledge of basic Piping / Plumbing / Fluid Dynamics

Must have knowledge of Fluid Turbulence , Laminar Flow

Must have knowledge of Linear Motion (Linear Actuators, Ball Screw, Cam & Follower)

Must have knowledge of Rack & Pinion type motion

Must have knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures

Must have knowledge of siphon , sheet metal structural tolerance

Job description

Design, develop, and enhance LT / PCC Control Panels for ultrasonic cleaning systems / SPMs

Create automated systems and develop software for controlling them.

Conduct research, document findings, and present reports at meetings.

Develop design documents for Electrical parts and final products.

Identify areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and recommend improvements.

Understand client briefs or problems and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Select appropriate tools and materials for the manufacturing process.

Handle a team of 10-20 Nos. skilled electrical team members and get the job work done on timely basis

Ranking / Rating for existing team members on quarterly basis and report submission to Directors

Arrange for Installations and Client Visits during machine commissioning(S)

Create a BOM for Control Panel(S) / Electrical
