We are looking for a Farvision ERP Executive to manage day-to-day ERP operations and provide functional support across Finance & Accounts, Procurement, Inventory, Project Management, Engineering and CRM/Sales modules.

The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate system transactions, resolving ERP-related issues, generating MIS reports and supporting users across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Operations

- Handle daily operations in Farvision ERP
- Monitor system transactions and resolve errors

2. Module Handling

- Finance & Accounts (billing, payments, GST, ledgers)
- Procurement & Inventory
- Project Management / BOQ tracking
- CRM / Sales

3. Reporting & MIS

- Generate MIS reports (costing, project status, financial reports)
- Analyze data for decision-making

4. Support





- Raising of Ticket for issues / Queries
- Coordinate with Dept. / IT team
- Train internal users on system usage

5. Data Management

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain backups and documentation

Required Skills

- Experience in Farvision ERP (preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Solid Excel skills

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

- Construction / Real Estate industry

Soft Skills

- Problem-solving ability Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to train and support users

Qualifications

- B.Com /B.A.
- 2–3 years of ERP experience (Farvision preferred)
