Key Responsibilities
• Visit confirmed, pre-scheduled leads at their hostel/PG property for in-person demos
• Walk owners through the product clearly, answer questions, and demonstrate how it fits their day-to
day operations
• Activate free trial accounts and support owners in getting comfortable using the platform from day one
• Coordinate with the Operations and BDA team to ensure each trial is progressing well
• Follow up with leads consistently, and step in personally wherever a nudge or a visit is needed to keep
things moving
• Guide interested owners through to agreement signing and onboarding
• Log every visit and update the tracking system accurately on the same day
Candidate Requirements




• Self-motivated - able to manage own schedule and follow through without needing constant supervision
• Comfortable with daily travel across Kochi - own two-wheeler preferred
• Positive communicator in Malayalam (English a plus) - able to build easy rapport with a wide range of
property owners
• Organized - able to track multiple leads, follow-ups, and next steps without anything slipping through
• Basic comfort using a smartphone app confidently enough to demo it live
• Prior sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but attitude and self-drive matter
