Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jewelry Purchase Manager to manage the sourcing and procurement of gold, diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, and other materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, purchase planning, quality verification, and ensuring timely procurement based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end jewelry purchasing and procurement activities.

- Source gold, diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, and other required materials from reliable vendors.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and manufacturers.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules with vendors.

- Monitor gold and jewelry market prices to support purchasing decisions.

- Verify the quality, purity, weight, and specifications of purchased materials.





- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

RequirementsStrong knowledge of the jewellery and precious metals industry.
Experience in gold, diamond, and gemstone procurement.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of gold rates, purity, pricing, and market trends.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or jewellery management software.
Robust knowledge of purchase documentation and inventory processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet purchase deadlines.
