What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Product & Pricing Consultant to drive business
transformation, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions to our clients. This role requires an individual
to build deep understanding of clients' business strategy and requirements, Zafin product platform, technology-
driven innovations in banking, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in consulting, business analysis, solution design and change management to support our clients in
achieving their goals related to modernize their infrastructure in areas related to products, pricing and billing.
A " Lead Product & Pricing Consultant" is a mid-senior level professional within a customer
onboarding team who leads consultant team on client projects, overseeing all aspects of the
engagement from initial needs assessment to solution implementation, including managing client
relationships, directing BA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business solutions

What You Will Do? Consulting: Partner with clients to assess business challenges, help define business requirements,
identify opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions by leveraging key capabilities of Zafin
platform.
Business Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on addressing key banking challenges aimed at process
optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key leaders, cross-functional teams, and key
stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure successful project outcomes.




Solution Development: Play a key role in the functional solution design and implementation of Zafin
platform solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Project Leadership: Play a key role in the execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client
expectations and business objectives.
Leverage banking industry knowledge and best practices to help guide clients define new business
processes aligned with Zafin platform capabilities Who We Are Looking For
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science,
Finance, or related fields. MBA Preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
10+ years of experience in functional consulting in the Banking industry
Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services,
SaaS product based implementation, Technology, or Consulting.
Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT workplace
Experience from Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, or other leading consulting firms with a strong
Banking & Financial Services focus.
Proven track record of delivering strategy and transformation engagements for global banking clients.
Deep expertise in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking.
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
