Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visual content. Create storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments. Develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate. Manage and publish learning content through the LMS. Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D; team. Ensure content meets brand and quality standards. Support AR/VR/Mixed Reality learning projects.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.
Experience :
0–2 years of experience in digital content production. Freshers from relevant design programmes can also apply.
Must-Have Skills: Solid skills in visual design, video production and image creation, with a portfolio.
Good to Have: Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects Storyboarding & instructional content sequencing Basic instructional design and adult learning principles LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPI AI-assisted content creation tools such as Hey Gen or equivalent Good communication, attention to detail, collaboration and learning agility.
