Who We're Looking For We're looking for professionals with
2+ years of experience
in loan sales from: Banks NBFCs DSAs Financial Services Companies Candidates should have a
strong customer and referral network in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai or nearby markets
and the ability to source business independently.
Product Experience Required Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Home Loans (HL) Loan Against Property (LAP) Business Loans (BL) Personal Loans (PL) Working Capital Finance
Key Responsibilities
Generate new loan business through self-sourcing and market networking. Build relationships with CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, SMEs and business owners. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Coordinate with multiple Banks & NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing. Manage the complete journey from lead generation to disbursement. Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

✅ Currently working in Bank/NBFC/DSA sales ✅ Experience in HL, LAP, BL or PL sales ✅ Strong self-sourcing and market acquisition skills ✅ Established business network in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai ✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills ✅ Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales
