About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounts Manager
to lead and manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting and taxation and must have prior experience working with a
Chartered Accountant (CA) firm .
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Prepare and review
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports . Handle
GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances . Coordinate with external
Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities . Review GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and related documentation. Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements. Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations. Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure proper accounting controls. Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting.



Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Mandatory Requirements Must have prior work experience in a CA Firm / Chartered Accountant Firm. Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in Accounts & Finance. Strong hands-on knowledge of
GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance . Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. Experience in handling audits and coordinating with CA firms/auditors. Proficiency in
Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software
and MS Excel. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance functions. Good communication and team-management skills.
Educational Qualification B. Com / M. Com
or equivalent qualification. CA Inter / CMA Inter / relevant skilled qualification
will be an added advantage.
