About the Role We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft 365 Architect
to design, implement, and govern modern Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace, Copilot, and AI solutions across the enterprise. The role will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and governed Microsoft 365 architectures while driving AI adoption, collaboration, automation, and digital workplace transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across
Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Teams, Share Point, Entra ID, Security & Compliance , and enterprise governance.
Key Responsibilities Design and govern
Microsoft 365 architecture
aligned with enterprise technology and security standards. Define and implement
Microsoft 365 Copilot governance , adoption, and security strategies. Design solutions using
Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Declarative Agents, and Custom Engine Agents . Develop and implement
Generative AI and prompt engineering
solutions to support business use cases. Drive the
AI Adoption Framework
and support enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities. Design and govern
Microsoft Graph API and Graph Connectors
integrations. Define and manage
Power Platform architecture and governance , including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse. Establish
Power Platform workplace strategies, DLP policies, and solution lifecycle management . Design and govern
Microsoft Teams
solutions, including Teams Voice, Direct Routing, Teams Premium, Teams Rooms, security, and governance. Define
Share Point Online architecture and governance ,



including modern Share Point, SPFx, migrations, intranet solutions, metadata, and document management. Provide architecture leadership for
Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Management, Zero Trust , and Microsoft 365 security. Support
Exchange Online administration and architecture , including transport rules, mailbox migrations, and email security. Implement and govern
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
capabilities. Design and implement
Microsoft Purview
solutions covering DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and Compliance Manager. Develop automation solutions using
Power Shell, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API . Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering and delivery teams. Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Ensure Microsoft 365 solutions follow
security, compliance, scalability, resilience, and operational requirements .
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with experience in roles such as: M365 Architect Microsoft 365 Solution Architect Digital Workplace Architect Collaboration Architect Modern Workplace Architect Enterprise Collaboration Architect Microsoft Solutions Architect Copilot Architect AI Solutions Architect
The candidate should have strong
enterprise architecture, governance, security, and solution design experience
and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 and AI solutions.
