? Technical Support / Application Engineer — Industrial Automation & Robotics

? Location: Chennai /Bengaluru (Remote / Travel across India)

? Responsibilities

- Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents & OEM customers
- Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues
- Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics
- Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R&D; on escalations
- Support customer/distributor training and test new hardware/software releases

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related
- 3+ years in technical support, troubleshooting & field service
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs,



servo drives & motion controllers
- Familiar with Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet, Ether Net/IP; Kinco Builder, DTools Pro, CODESYS; digital/smart factory & IoT
- Able to read electrical schematics & PLC logic; robust analytical & communication skills
- Fluent English & Hind
- Robotic arms, robots, AGV/AMR/Shuttle experience a plus
- Willing to travel across India
