or deep expertise in
technology and innovation strategy within industrial sectors .

at a top-tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.) Have deep expertise in
business and non-IT technology strategy or innovation roadmapping
within the industrial sector (mining, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.) Roles that are purely research-based or back-office in nature will not be considered . We appreciate your understanding.
What You’ll Do At Stratalis, every project is different and that’s exactly the point. Whether it is: Helping a top global mining firm anticipate the next wave of disruption, Developing technology roadmaps for a global chemicals giant, or Supporting a major financial services firm to reimagine the future of its industry, you’ll be at the forefront of
building what doesn’t yet exist . You’ll work in agile, cross-continental teams,



often directly with senior clients. Expect responsibility, impact, and the chance to drive change at scale.
What You Bring Experience: 4+ years in
top-tier strategy consulting
or innovation/tech strategy in
industrial sectors Experience with
technology strategy and roadmapping
is a strong plus Education: Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong academics MBAs from top Indian institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or engineering degrees from IITs/NITs/IIITs preferred Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities Excellent Power Point and executive presentation skills; Excel proficiency a plus Outstanding verbal and written English communication Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity A passion for breakthrough thinking and meaningful impact Ability to work fluidly across time zones and cultures
